- Executed, monitored, and troubleshooted live, stand-alone, and synchronous one- and two-screen interactive TV events and applications from master control; prepared and ran content for internet/TV events and interactive television broadcasts, including interactive shopping and games.
- Compiled traffic and synchronized events with programming schedules to satisfy the various interactive needs of clients’ programs on a wide spectrum of networks and feeds.
- Worked with SQL database, .NET and IIS services, Windows 2000 servers, GoldPocket/TandbergTV proprietary production tools software, and more.
- Authored original documentation for running ITV services, scheduling, monitoring, et cetera; improved existing documentation in other areas as needed.
- Trained fellow MCOs to perform all regular duties and interface with clients.
- Supported clients as wide-ranging as the Home Shopping Network to CBS.

- Participated in BVG’s first-ever eight-member Internship Think Tank as a writer.
- Worked on developing pitches and originating core-concepts for games.
- Co-developed key story concepts and, along with eight-member team, pitched the original idea for upcoming title “Epic Mickey” under the direction of Chris Takami.
Vivendi Universal Games – Quality Assurance Game Tester, Los Angeles, CA, May 2004.
- Tested a video game on a daily basis and looked for bugs in the programming.
- Wrote detailed descriptions of the bugs I found for the game developers.
- Worked solely on the title “Crash Bandicoot: Twinsanity” for the Playstation 2 console.
USC School of Cinema-Television, Operations – Runner & Office Monitor, Los Angeles, CA, September 1998 – May 1999, January 2002 – May 2004.
- Assisted in day-to-day operations of film school, primarily in runner capacity.
- Successfully delivered and retrieved many “runs” and helped in the office; received VIP guests.
- Continued tradition of excellence and upheld USC’s #1 film school reputation.
- Also worked as an Office Assistant in the Critical Studies division during spring of 1999.
